Who we are

Localify ("we", "us") operates localify.uk. We provide SEO services to businesses in the UK and Ireland. Contact: hello@localify.uk.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry and snapshot request forms: your name, email address, website address, goal, rough budget and anything you add. We use this to respond to your enquiry, prepare your free SEO snapshot and, where you become a client, deliver our services. Legal basis: legitimate interests and steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
• Email: if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and our records.

Forms processing

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards your submission to our email. Web3Forms does not store your submission after delivery. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies and does not run advertising or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless service that gives us aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrers, country) without identifying you or tracking you across sites.

Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and our email (Cloudflare, Web3Forms, our email provider), each acting under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry and for our business records, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email hello@localify.uk. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
